Delivery Information

Delivery to foreign countries and Lithuania:

• Orders are delivered by DPD and Lithuania Post
  
• Orders are shipped within 1-3 days from the date of receipt of the order
  
• In Lithuania orders are delivered between 8:00 and 17:00. Please provide accurate customer data so that the courier can contact you if necessary
  
• All goods shipments of orders are insured
  
• In case if the delivery is to be accepted by a person other than the person who placed the order, please specify the full name and contact details of that person in the Comments section
  
• An email confirmation will be sent to you upon shipment, specifying the shipment registration number.
  

Store collection:

• You can collect your online order at any of our stores in Vilnius. Store collection is free of charge. You have to select ‘Store Collection’ when placing your order.
  
• You will receive an email informing you that your order is ready for collection and specifying the address of the store at which it can be collected.
  
• In order to collect your order in a store you will be asked to produce a copy of the email confirmation and a personal identification document.
  
• The order can be collected within 15 days from the date of purchase. Should you fail to collect your order within this time limit, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded 20% of the order value.
